strictly vegetarian

Going strictly vegetarian (no meat or eggs, very little dairy) dropped my diabetes from dangerously high to very safely low (A1c: was 9.1, is 6.2). Also cholesterol, blood pressure, weight.
Won't go back! You can't make me! No!

I am not veggie but i usually am veggie 3 days per week, so in order to a bit more, i pledge to try to always have 5 days meat free and on the 2 days that i do eat meat that it is as organic and local as possible.
wish me luck. (I will be a reformed 2 day per week carnivore and super keen 5 day a week veggie)

Couldn't someone - like the McCartney's have throw a charity ball (say for Backup) - with all vegetarian food? Great way to introduce people to good food. I'd go!
