Yesterday was "Prinsjesdag" in the Netherlands. The day of the queen's speech, the day they tell us where all the money (does not) go to during the coming year, and the famous parade of the hats. Each year every female member of the parliament wears her nicest hat. Marianne Thieme (from the party for the animals) wore a nice black cooking hat, with gold embroidery on it. It said "Meat Free Mondays".

Meat free Mondays,great idea, hope it takes off. I have been veggie for nearly 15 years, can't understand how anyone can eat other living creatures.
