Low Carb Vegetarian Living

I have been vegetarian for almost 15 years, and the last three of those have been mostly low carb. If anyone's interested, I've started posting some of my recipes on my YouTube channel - lowcarbveggie.
I'm also starting a website called Low Carb Vegetarian Living. It should be ready in the next couple of months and should be really helpful for people trying to cut down their meat intake :)
Vegetarian Bolognaise

I love adding chickpeas to veggie bolognaise, they bring a lovely nutty flaour and can be pureed beforehand to appease fussy kids!
Nutty Chilli

I just wanted to say that I tried the tip of using nut cutlets instead of mince for a chilli over the weekend. My family loved it and didn't even twig that there was no meat involved! I'll definitely be using nut cutlets more often!
