Dried Bean Salad with Walnuts and Coriander

Recipe for 700g (4 persons)

- 100g dried French beans
- 50g onions, chopped
- 10g garlic, crushed
- 80g rapeseed oil
- 25g vegetable bouillon
- 60g red balsamic vinegar
- 5g coriander, chopped
- 70g walnut pieces

Cook dried beans in boiling water until soft, drain and leave to cool down.
Sweat onions and garlic off in the oil, take off the heat. Mix the beans, onion and garlic and the remaining ingredients.

Serve and enjoy!
