If I switch to a Meat-Free-Monday how will I still get the amount of Protein that I need for a balanced diet?

There is plenty of really healthy, easily digestible protein in non meat products such as nuts, oatmeal, beans and peas, lentils and green leafy vegetables as well as vegetables such as broccoli. Grains such as Quinoa are also excellent sources of protein and have the added benefit of being high in fibre – essentially for a healthy digestive system.
